Amazon Australia is brutally strict on beverages. 6-7 rejections — missing docs, lab testing issues, label formatting, ingredient resubmissions. 2-3 months of back-and-forth before approval.

Then the real work: Brand Registry, mandatory AU lab testing, manufacturing coordination, FBA compliance, A+ content.

None of it shows up in "how to sell on Amazon" reels. 📱

🐌 𝟴+ 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵𝘀, 𝘇𝗲𝗿𝗼 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗰𝘂𝘁𝘀
For our first 50 orders. No favors, no fake reviews. Full weeks with zero sales. A niche product in a small market. Break-even took 2.5 years.

Then a stockout hit right as momentum built — 800+ bags had label stickers hand-cut and pasted. The algorithm punished the downtime, and we rebuilt rankings from scratch.
