One thing that stood out to me is how launching too many products too quickly can sometimes make every individual product appear to be “slow,” even when the overall brand is growing. Focus can be just as important as the original idea. 🎯
🌿 We’ve taken things slowly — more out of circumstance than any grand strategy. This isn’t advice, just a small brand sharing what seems to have worked for us so far.
Vanilla Protein Coffee was where we started. Rather than rushing to expand, we spent time listening to customers, understanding their feedback, and seeing how the product performed before considering anything else. 📝
🍫 Chocolate Protein Coffee came around 1–1.5 years later.
By then, Vanilla had started to find its footing — with repeat customers, consistent feedback, and a better understanding of what people wanted. So we added a second flavour without feeling the need to rush. ⏳
🍵 Protein Matcha followed roughly another year after that.
It’s still early days, and it’s slowly finding its own audience. We’re giving each product its own space to grow while keeping a close eye on how all three are performing. 🌱⚖️
📊 A couple of small numbers that quietly reassure us:
Our repeat customer rate across the products has gradually moved from around 13% → 15% → nearly 19%.
And refunds have remained under 1% across 1,000+ orders.
They’re not huge numbers, but for a small brand growing organically with 0 ads, they feel like encouraging little signals that we’re heading in the right direction. ✅
Curious to hear from other founders — did you launch multiple products at once, or let each product earn its place before expanding the range?
